Drywall Pro-Cut is proud to announce they are celebrating the one year anniversary and success of the Leeds Cleckheaton Office

The new office that opened in Leeds in February 2022 is proudly doing well and picking up projects in the north around Sheffield and Huddersfield.

“We are really pleased with the success so far of our new office in Cleckheaton near Bradford.” Will Hart

The office was opened in Feb 2022 with our Estimating Manager Callum Dinsdale. Since then, it has already secured two new projects, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary extension with Vinci Construction, and the new Radisson Blu hotel in the Heart of the City development with McLaughlin & Harvey.

These project wins have led to the need for additional staff:

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor Nick Skill,
  • Contracts Manager Jimmy Boulton,

and the newest addition to the team, Pete Berry as Contracts Manager.

All come with many years of experience in Dry lining and Suspended ceilings and bring a wealth of knowledge to help with the success of Drywall Pro-Cut in the north.

Utilising the Offsite Solutions from Drywall Pro-Cut

Both projects have utilised the offsite solutions of Drywall Pro-Cut products, such as deflection heads, builders work holes and door sets.

The team at Drywall Pro-Cut were able to work closely with the main Contractor and M&E services to establish sizes and quantities of all offsite products needed very early in the process.

In total across the two projects Drywall Pro-Cut supplied:

  • 4000 metres of Pre- Fabricated British Gypsum Deflection Heads
  • 600 Pre- Fabricated Builders Work Opening
  • 300 Pre- Fabricated Door Sets
  • 400 metres of Glasroc Column and Beam Encasements

Will Hart commented: “It’s great to see the northern office working so well, it’s a great testament to the team that we are establishing Drywall Pro-Cut as a tried and trusted Northern Contractor”.
